The personal fitness program I provide for my clients is specific to your body, your needs and your goals. Each session is intense and to the point. I am thrilled to be part of the team at the Cindy Reid Golf Academy in Mission Hills. I am a firm advocate and practitioner of the Cindy Reid approach to golf fitness as outlined in her book “Get Yourself in Golf Shape”, which I consider a thorough approach that is easily applied to the individual performance level.
Each new student is evaluated to determine their fitness and golf performance levels, resulting in a focused program that strengthens and conditions, ensuring optimal performance. The sport of golf and the golf swing is one of the most intricate, precise and carefully calculated of all the sports and the golf swing involves many elements combined together in perfect synchronicity to produce a perfect impact.
Golf, just like any other sport has an important component of fitness training and developing, which JGGF aims to provide to every individual who is serious about their golf game and wants to perform at their very best.

Enjoy a fast moving kickboxing routine with flexibility and strength-building moves. Including high-intensity drills a cardiovascular workout consists of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind.
Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. JGF Boot Camp classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. You can burn calories in a variety of classes using jump ropes, boxing drills and free weights.
Boot Camp
Boot Camp with JGF incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You will get a head to toe workout that will leave you feeling energized and rejuvenated.
